The Voice

         I'm creating a primarily travel blog for the discerning woman of a certain stature in their life who prefer to travel on their own, unencumbered and in style, whether this be a 5-Star Hotel in an urban setting, a quaint spot facing the ocean, or a hidden gem in a countryside retreat. I will attempt to include the male counterparts who may find my presentations equally interesting, or, who, with any good fortune, have the brilliant chance of travelling with one of these wonderful women who will be my major audience!

          A person reveals a part of themselves most of their lives in a one-dimensional format when not captured in film, a video, or in a portrait. I have always felt restricted by these one-dimensional limitations and prefer to be seen as a formidable and courageous captain of my own destiny. Titles are not important. The words we use, and the way we express ourselves are.

          After having first taken a holiday in Rome, I've set my sites on my ancestral homeland of Italy and. I feel intuitively drawn to Florence, so it's time to carve a place for me to explore and be inspired by. Not only historically the center of arts and culture, Florence is becoming the leading center again in this heart-throb country; filled with some of the greatest cuisines in the world, exquisite Tuscan destinations and spa resorts, fashion houses, world-class museums and galleries, and the most warm-hearted, lust-for-life Florentines you will ever meet. 

          I have fully embraced a new and exciting life in the Oltrarno, where I feel the sentiment of becoming a local setting in, I am someone even at the height of life who continues to re-invent myself by the recognition all I need to accomplish this challenging step, is the belief I have inside of what I have already accomplished in other great cities. I hope sharing my journey, events, venues and visions inspire you to take the same leap of faith and voyage to see a multitude of views and beyond!
